For the last 5 years Shawn has been dedicated to helping people improve their fitness through strength training and nutrition. In May 2014, Shawn opened MovementMKE, and offers private strength and nutritional coaching.
After being certified by Romana Kryzanowska and Pilates, Inc, in 2000, Andrea opened Pure Joe Pilates Studios in Reston, VA and Washington,DC and has been committed to teaching the best pilates possible ever since . In 2003, Andrea became a teacher trainer
